Trial court erred in finding that widow and decedent’s antenuptial agreement was invalid and, thus, that it should not control the disposition of decedent’s property; evidence showed that the antenuptial agreement made fair and reasonable provision for the widow and that the widow had separate legal representation able to explain agreement to her.
