Prenuptial Agreement
“Where antenuptial contract, under which wife had released all claims to husband’s property other than provision made for her under the contract, had been found invalid, wife had right to accept provisions made for her under deceased husband’s will or to renounce will and demand statutory marital rights in his property.” Batleman v. Rubin 199 Va. 156, 98 S.E.2d 519 Va. (1957).
