Prenuptial Agreement
“Provision of antenuptial agreement that the parties would separately retain all rights in their own property and that each should have full and unrestricted power to dispose of the property was a mutual waiver of any property interest which might accrue “by operation of law” to one party in the property by reason of marriage, but did not affect spousal support rights.” Davis v.
